VENDOR APPLICATION FORM

Thank you for taking the time to register your interest to exhibit at New Wine Festival 2026.  By completing this form, you are requesting to exhibit in a German market style Exhibition Hut in our outside 'Fun Zone' space. 

Huts will be similar to 2025 and further information is listed below in this form. Successful applicants will be provided with more detailed information on acceptance.

Cost per Exhibition Hut is £1800.00 + VAT (Standard) or £1900.00 + VAT (Large).

All Exhibition Huts include two Exhibitor passes which give you access to the whole event, plus a 16 amp power supply (further terms and conditions apply). 

We will review every submission and let you know whether we can offer you a place at the event as quickly as possible. Payment will only be requested once your place has been confirmed.

Standard Exhibition Hut size approx. 3m x 2m (external) with varied designs costing £1800.00 + VAT. 

Large Exhibition Hut approx. 3m x 2.4m costing £1900.00 + VAT.
