VENDOR APPLICATION FORM

Thank you for taking the time to register your interest to exhibit at the New Wine Leadership Conferences 2027.  The events will take place in the following locations and dates:

Harrogate Convention Centre, Harrogate - 1 March to 3 March 2027

Eastbourne Theatres, Eastbourne  - 4 March to 6 March 2027

We've worked hard to keep costs as affordable as possible. Our standard exhibition spaces (2.5m x 2.5m) will remain at the same price as last year £320.00 + VAT, but we're also introducing a limited number of smaller budget stands (3m x 1.5m) costing £250.00 + VAT to provide more options at both locations. 

You are welcome to register your interest for one location or two locations.

Due to rising installation costs (previously absorbed by New Wine), power will now be offered as an optional extra. While the cost of providing power is around £150 per stand, exhibitors who are offered a place and complete their vendor contract by 31 December 2026 can pay a discounted rate of £75.

We will review every submission and let you know whether your application has been successful in the coming months.  Payment will be requested if we are able to offer you a place at the event.
